Plans change, and we understand. This short policy explains what happens if you cancel a tour, trek or other trip booked with Aadiyogi Travels.
How to cancel
Email or WhatsApp us with your name and booking details. Your cancellation counts from the day and time we receive your message.
Cancellation charges
These charges apply unless your booking confirmation says something different:

| More than 30 days before departure | No charge, apart from costs we cannot recover (see below) |
| 15 to 30 days before departure | Up to 25% of the tour price |
| 7 to 14 days before departure | Up to 50% of the tour price |
| Less than 7 days before departure | Up to 75% of the tour price |
| No-show, or leaving after the tour starts | No refund |
Costs we cannot get back, such as trekking permits, domestic flight tickets, or deposits already paid to hotels and lodges, may also be deducted.
If we cancel
If we have to cancel your tour (for example because of safety, weather, a landslide, a strike or a government order), we will offer you a new date or a refund of the amount we can recover. If a flight or trek is only delayed by weather, we will adjust the plan where we can.
Changing your booking
You can ask to change your dates or group size instead of cancelling. We will say yes where we can; extra costs from hotels, guides or flights may apply.
Travel insurance
We strongly recommend travel insurance that covers cancellation, medical care and emergency evacuation.
