You take off from Sarangkot with an experienced tandem pilot, then circle above Phewa Lake with the Annapurna range beside you before landing near Lakeside. No experience is needed. Your pilot gives a short safety briefing and does the flying, and you only need to run a few steps at take-off. The flight lasts about 20 to 30 minutes depending on the air, and the whole outing takes around half a day with the drive up and back.
